The Richmond Football Club means everything to Tiger’s fanatic Margaret Scott. There is nothing Margaret wouldn’t do for her beloved Tigers.
“In forty-five years I have missed ten Victoria matches only.”
A part of Tiger History
Margaret has stood side by side with the club in good times and in bad.
She has always given back to the Tigers, having spent decades helping the club as a volunteer.
“Anything the club wanted done we would do it. We used to help in the club shop and set tents up on Punt Road Oval for family days.”
In the early 1990’s when the club was crippled in debt and on the verge of being relocated, it was Margaret Scott and her mates who got out and rattled the tins to raise much needed dollars.
Margaret’s work helped save the Tigers who are now roaring louder than they have for a long time.
