My Instagram Game featuring Bianca Van Damme
Make no mistake Bianca Van Damme is every bit as badass as her Hollywood father The Muscles from Brussels.
This kick is for the girls who never had a role model. This kick is for the girls who had people putting them down. This kick is for the girls who never give up. This kick is for the girls that say I CAN & I WILL. 📸@annewermiel 💄@tcoopermua 👗@johannahmasters #girlpower #girlswithmuscle #mma #ufc #kickboxer #boxer #bjj #martialarts #nikewomen #nevergiveup #justdoit #girlsliftgirls
Bianca’s Mum Gladys Portugues was also a fitness fanatic being a bodybuilder and fitness competitor.
Having two very athletic parents, Bianca was thrown into sports at a young age such as karate and kick-boxing.
There are some real gems in there including a workout pic with the great man and Rocky star – Dolph Lundgren.
Not surprisingly Bianca looks after herself with the gym and fitness clearly being a huge part of her life.
Her Instagram also features plenty of throwbacks to the old days in the Van Damme household.
The birthday messages are never ending and I thank every single one of you guys for showing me love and support! BUT! My father and I kind of have this thing where I was born on the 17 and he was born on the 18, so let's send him the love and support on his birthday! Happy birthday father dearest! . . . #birthday #happybirthday #birthdayboy #monkeyingaround #always #evenwhenworking #family #dad #love #live #laugh #libra #scorpio #fall #october #jcvd #jeanclaudevandamme
Bianca once had aspirations for being an Olympian spending hours honing in on her speed skating skills. An injury however prevented her from taking her skating to the top level.
She is now forging an acting career and says she is getting along really well with her famous father.
Bianca told the New York Times she makes sure she reminds him she is much better with the flying kick than he is.
“He’ll be all like, ‘Look how high my kick is!’ And I’m like, ‘Dad, you can’t be serious — I’m obviously better than you!’
